Hawthorne Imaging at 4701 West Cermak Road, Cicero, Illinois.

I have a broken foot and was scheduled by my doctor to have an MRI at this location. I received a call from Hawthorne to schedule and took their first Saturday morning appointment at 8, but they told me to arrive at 7:30 to fill out paperwork. I arrived at the prescribed time, but found the front door locked and a sign saying they weren't open on Saturdays until 8:00 am. This upset me, but based on my surroundings in this dumpy strip mall I wasn't surprised. I waited in my car for half an hour and then tried again. An MRI tech unlocked the door when he saw me and then immediately told me that the front desk person wasn't here and he didn't know what to do. I was soon joined by two other patients, one other 8 am appointment and an 8:30 they had told to arrive half an hour early as well. I have now been here for 45 minutes as I write this, because I need this MRI so I can determine how to move forward with my treatment. I will update with a resolution if there ever is one.
